2.1 Early access form
When you fill in the early access form, we collect:

2.2 Technical browsing data
Your browser automatically sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type or referring URL. This data is processed transiently at the infrastructure level to ensure the technical operation of the site and detect security incidents.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f) in operating and maintaining the site securely.
3. External resources: Google Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This creates a direct connection between your browser and Google, during which Google may receive your IP address and technical request metadata.
Google Fonts does not set its own cookies. If you wish to prevent this connection, you can block requests to Google Fonts through your browser settings or a privacy extension.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use any first-party or third-party cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics purposes.
The site may use browser session storage (sessionStorage) in a strictly technical and temporary way to ensure correct navigation. This data is not sent to any server and is deleted when you close your browser.

Providers are based in the USA. Rutinize endeavors to work with providers that have recognized mechanisms for international data transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Form data will be retained until you have been notified of platform access and created your account, or until you request deletion, and in any case for no longer than 2 years from the date of form submission.
